Terms of Use

Rules covering the app, user pictures, children, sharing, purchases, advertising, virtual rewards and ERON Labs content.

Privacy choices, data use and deletion requests are explained in our Privacy Policy. Controls described as part of the forthcoming privacy update require that app update; this page does not change an older installation.

Plain-language summary

You own your pictures. We own the game.

You may create and share personal results, but you must have permission for every picture and protect children's privacy.

1. Agreement And Eligibility

These Terms of Use form an agreement between the user and Eron-Labs (ERON Labs) for use of Picture World. By downloading, accessing or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

If you are not legally able to accept these terms independently, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them and supervise your use. The person controlling the store account and device is responsible for its security and parental-control settings.

Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional analytics, diagnostics or advertising tracking. Separate privacy choices are explained in our Privacy Policy. Declining optional analytics or diagnostics does not remove existing game progress or owned items.

2. Permission To Use The App

ERON Labs grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Picture World for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules.

No ownership in the app, its code or ERON Labs content is transferred to the user.

3. Your Pictures And Creations

You retain the rights you already hold in an original picture. ERON Labs does not become the owner of a picture because it is selected, edited, framed or saved in Picture World.

You give Picture World only the limited technical permission needed to open, crop, resize, combine, display and save the picture for the feature you deliberately choose. This permission ends when that processing is complete, except for copies you choose to save or share.

Pictures used by the currently available creation and frame features are processed on the device and are not automatically posted to an ERON Labs gallery. If you choose a device sharing function, the selected third-party service and recipient may keep and further use the shared copy under their own rules.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use and share every picture. Do not use content that infringes copyright, privacy, portrait rights or other rights; depicts abuse or sexual exploitation; is hateful, threatening, deceptive or unlawful; or exposes a child to harm. A parent or guardian must supervise pictures of children and any external sharing.

4. ERON Labs Content And Intellectual Property

Picture World, its name, code, visual design, reveal mechanics, supplied artwork, puzzle images, characters, worlds, frames, stickers, badges, audio, text and branding are owned by ERON Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

A finished creation may be saved and shared for personal, non-commercial use. You may not extract, resell, publish as a competing asset pack, falsely claim ownership of, or commercially exploit supplied ERON Labs content without written permission.

5. Children And Family Use

Picture World includes child-oriented and family-friendly content but serves a broad audience. Children must have parent or guardian supervision for photo permissions, sharing, purchases, notifications, advertising links and any action that leaves the app.

The forthcoming privacy update adds an adult or protected experience based on locally entered age, with skipped age treated as protected. Its under-18 boundary is a conservative product rule, not a universal legal consent age. Self-entered age and acceptance of these Terms do not constitute verified parental consent. The protected experience restricts external ads, remote push, purchases and optional analytics and diagnostics. Older versions may not include these controls; a website update does not update an installed app.

Users must not attempt to use the app to collect information from children, communicate with unknown children, or create, store or distribute harmful content involving a minor. Suspected child exploitation or immediate danger should be reported to the appropriate authorities as well as ERON Labs where relevant.

6. Coins, Rewards And Virtual Items

Coins, brushes, hints, boosters, spins, frames, stickers, achievements, stages and other virtual items exist only inside Picture World. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the app.

We may change balancing, reward amounts, availability, prices and content to maintain or improve the game. We will not remove mandatory consumer rights or paid entitlements contrary to applicable law.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions And Refunds

Live purchase-service setup is currently deferred for the test release. The purchase terms below apply when a purchase is actually offered; a test or simulated transaction is not a real-money purchase. An unavailable product must not be treated as successfully paid for.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play using the store account on the device. Store billing, authorization, cancellation and refund rules apply. ERON Labs does not receive full payment-card information.

A parent or guardian is responsible for enabling store approval controls. If restore functionality applies, an eligible entitlement may be restored through the relevant store account or the in-app restore option. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Advertising And Rewarded Ads

Picture World may show optional rewarded advertising and interstitial advertising. Reward availability depends on a successful response from the advertising provider, connectivity, region, device settings and inventory.

A voluntary rewarded offer states the in-game benefit before you choose to watch. You may decline it. The stated benefit is awarded only after the provider confirms the reward event; clicking the advertisement or buying an advertised item is not required. An extra wheel spin does not guarantee a prize. The Remove Ads entitlement removes automatic advertisements, not voluntary reward videos; these remain optional.

An ad reward is a virtual in-app benefit and not money. Users must not manipulate, automate or falsely trigger ad completion. Advertising shown to children or age-unknown users must be handled in accordance with applicable platform and child-directed advertising requirements.

Do not generate artificial ad clicks or use live advertisements for testing. Inappropriate or age-unsuitable advertising can be reported to info@eron-labs.com. The forthcoming privacy update also provides an in-app reporting route for adults and parent or guardian contact guidance for protected players.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Do not reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, bypass security or parental safeguards, tamper with purchases or rewards, use bots or automation, introduce malicious code, overload services, impersonate ERON Labs, misuse branding, or use the app in a way that harms another person.

Do not use Picture World to create or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing or privacy-invasive material.

11. Updates, Feedback And Availability

We may release updates, add or remove content, correct errors, rebalance rewards, pause online services or discontinue a feature. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility or continued service.

We aim to keep Picture World reliable but do not guarantee that every feature, advertisement, reward, notification or store service will always be available on every device or in every region.

If you send feedback or contact support, ERON Labs may use your message and related technical details to answer you and improve Picture World. Product analytics, crash reports and diagnostics are described in our Privacy Policy. In the forthcoming privacy update, product analytics and JavaScript diagnostics are separate adult opt-ins, off by default; accepting these Terms does not enable either one.

12. Suspension And Termination

You may stop using Picture World at any time and may delete the app. We may restrict online features or terminate permission to use the app after a serious or repeated breach, fraud, security threat, legal requirement or discontinuation of the service.

Deleting or resetting the app is not a request to delete records already held by us or our service providers. The Privacy Policy explains withdrawal, retention and how to contact us about your data. Nothing in these Terms waives mandatory privacy, children's safety or consumer protections.

Provisions concerning ownership, user responsibility, disclaimers, liability and disputes continue where their nature requires it.

13. Disclaimers

Picture World is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent availability or compatibility with every future device or operating-system version.

Nothing in these terms limits warranties, remedies or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERON Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss caused by unauthorized device or store-account use, user-selected sharing, third-party services, or loss of locally stored progress after deletion, reset or device failure.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Applicable Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This choice does not remove mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.

Please contact ERON Labs first so we can try to resolve a concern. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear unresolved disputes.

16. General Terms

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without permission; ERON Labs may transfer it as part of a lawful reorganization, sale or transfer of the app, subject to applicable rights.

We may update these terms when the app, law or services change. The current version and effective date will remain published here. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.

17. Apple-Specific Terms

For an iOS download, these terms are between you and ERON Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Picture World or its support, except that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the relevant provisions after acceptance.

Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement may also apply where these terms do not provide otherwise.
