3. Information We Handle
Local game information
Progress, completed pictures, coins, boosters, achievements, frames, stickers, language, sound preferences and similar settings remain in local app storage. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove this information.
Contact and support
When you use the website contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, project type, message and any information you voluntarily include. We use it to review and answer the request and to protect the form against abuse.
Product analytics
To understand game use and economy balance, our product-analytics system records a random installation reference, session references, timestamps, app version, build and platform, time spent in game activities, puzzle and item references, coins earned or spent, purchase-result information and advertising events. These records are sent to Supabase. They are pseudonymous, not anonymous: repeated activity can be associated with the same installation. This analytics route does not send the photo you select or your entered age.
In the updated privacy setup, analytics starts only after a player in the adult experience chooses it. It is off by default and can be turned off in Settings. Declining does not remove existing progress or owned items. Earlier versions may have collected product events without this separate setting; the new setting does not retroactively change or erase those records.
Notifications
If permission is granted, a push token and limited technical details such as platform, app version, build number, project identifier and update time may be stored so a notification can reach the correct app installation. Notification permission can be withdrawn in device settings. In the updated privacy setup, remote registration is limited to the adult experience and OS permission is requested after an explicit action, not during initial setup. Turning notifications off in the updated app cancels local reminders and requests server deactivation of the known registration. Offline requests are retried; disabling a registration does not delete its database record. Registrations from an earlier installation may need separate assistance.
Crash reports and diagnostics
Picture World uses Sentry to help find and fix errors. Error reports may include app version, build number, platform, device model, operating system version, screen route, error stack traces and recent in-app actions. We do not use crash reports for advertising.
In the updated privacy setup, diagnostics is a separate adult opt-in, off by default. That update sends JavaScript error reports rather than native crash reports and does not enable session replay or performance tracing. Turning diagnostics off blocks new reports; reports already received by Sentry are not automatically erased. Error details can still contain personal information even when default personal-data attachment is off.
Reporting an advertisement
The updated app lets an adult prepare an ad report with their explanation, app version, build and platform and, if available, the last opened ad's format and time. That ad context is kept in session memory, not automatically sent by the reporting feature. Opening an email draft or share sheet is not sending it: you choose whether and where to send. A received email also contains your sender address and anything you include or attach. We use reports to investigate the concern and respond. Protected players receive parent or guardian contact guidance instead of an external email or share action from this reporting feature.
Technical and store information
App stores, advertising providers and purchase services may process device, network, diagnostic, advertising-delivery or transaction information under their own policies. ERON Labs does not receive full payment-card details.
Downloading the puzzle catalogue, artwork or app updates can expose technical request information, such as an IP address, request time and requested resource, to hosting and delivery services. These requests are separate from optional product analytics and can occur for protected players too. Visiting our website or opening an external service also involves that service's network processing.
